Status : Café @ B5 upm sold on 1 dis 2008 after running business about 3 years, replace with C@VM , open on 11 dis 2008. Course of rental problem between owner and 2nd party. C@vm closed shop on dis 2009. Only 1 year operate. still nego with owner to discontinue.
